At SUTORI, we deeply value the human touch. Our collections are truly handcrafted, a labor of love where every stitch and design reflects the heart of the artisan. The slight irregularities you may find in our motifs, texture, and color are not imperfections – they are the unique signatures of handcrafted products, adding distinct character to each piece.

Unlike chemically dyed or digitally printed goods, our products are not mass-manufactured. Instead, they are thoughtfully created in small, curated batches. This process naturally leads to slight variations in color, shade, and motif between batches, a testament to human involvement in the crafting process.

Handle with care, I am hand-made! Make sure to turn the garment inside out. Wash with cold water in the machine, preferably hand wash separately. Do not bleach since the garments are handmade with organic colors. While drying in the dryer make sure to tumble dry on low heat, preferably hanging dry in the shade. Make sure to iron inside out.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
• Products that are customised are not eligible for an exchange ( Dresses with added sleeves and length )
