Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
- Products that are customised are not eligible for an exchange ( Dresses with added sleeves and length )
2. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our company address at their own expense.
3. Selection of Replacement Product:
- Customers may choose a replacement product of equal or greater value.
- If the selected replacement product costs more than the original purchase, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
4. Exchange Process:

b. Package the product securely, ensuring it is in its original condition and includes all tags.
